Emily Ceresa

Emily is a Manufacturing Manager at GLPC Fab with over ten years of experience in welding, fabrication, and hands-on shop operations. She earned her Associate’s degree in Applied Science from Schoolcraft College in 2014 and later completed a welding and fabrication certificate at Washtenaw Community College in 2016.

With experience in both industry and welding instruction, Emily brings a practical, team-focused approach to leadership. She emphasizes clear communication and accountability, and takes pride in maintaining high standards for quality and safety in the workplace. Emily is committed to continuous improvement and believes that strong teams are built through consistency, respect, and a shared sense of ownership in the work.

Outside of the shop, she values the life she has built at home and enjoys spending time with her six pets—two dogs and four cats.
